These Terms of Use apply to the mobile application Pavlo Bill Helper (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Pavlo Bill Helper is a personal bill analysis and cost planning tool. The App helps users break down recurring expenses, compare cost categories, run what-if calculations, and save bill reports for personal reference.
The App is for personal organization and estimation only. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, insurance, banking, debt, investment, or professional advice.
Any calculations, summaries, savings estimates, or insights shown in the App are based on information entered by the user and should be treated as estimates only. You are responsible for verifying bills, fees, taxes, contracts, payment terms, and payment obligations with the relevant provider.
You are responsible for the information you enter into the App and for any decisions you make based on the App’s calculations or summaries. The App should not be used as the only source for important financial, contract, payment, or budgeting decisions.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for managing your own backups, app data, subscriptions, and account settings.
Pavlo Bill Helper may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Pro features.

Pro features may include advanced bill analysis, saved reports, what-if calculations, deeper cost insights, unlimited or expanded report access, and additional planning tools. The exact features available may vary by app version and will be shown in the App before purchase.
Subscription prices, billing periods, and available plans are displayed in the App before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal pricing and subscription duration will be shown before purchase and may also be viewed in your Apple ID subscription settings.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
If a free trial, introductory offer, or promotional offer is available, unused portions of the free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Restore Purchases is available in the App to restore active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.

The App may include both free features and Pro features. We may change, add, remove, limit, or update features over time. Some features may require an active subscription.

The App may save reports, bill entries, and related information locally on your device. If you delete the App or clear app data, locally saved information may be deleted.
You are responsible for backing up any information you want to keep.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, use it for illegal purposes, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, money, savings, opportunities, profits, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s applicable terms, including Apple’s standard end user license agreement where applicable. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the App.
