This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Pavlo Bill Helper (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Pavlo Bill Helper is a personal bill analysis and cost planning tool. The App helps users break down recurring expenses, compare bill categories, run what-if calculations, and save bill reports locally.
The App may allow you to enter bill names, amounts, categories, notes, and related cost information. This information is used only to provide the App’s bill analysis, cost breakdown, saved reports, and what-if calculation features.
The App is designed to store your bill information locally on your device unless otherwise stated in the App. We do not operate a separate user account system for this App, and we do not require users to create an account to use the App.
If you delete the App or clear app data, locally stored information may be deleted.
The App may offer optional Pro subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
We may use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and determine whether Pro access is active. RevenueCat may receive purchase-related identifiers and subscription status information needed to provide purchase and restore functionality.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, banking credentials, credit card numbers, government IDs, or account passwords through the App.
The App does not require analytics tracking to function. If analytics or diagnostic tools are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the information collected and how it is used.
The App may use third-party services such as Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat for purchase processing and subscription management. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
We take reasonable steps to protect information used by the App. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for managing your own backups.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete local app data by deleting the App from your device. Subscriptions must be managed or canceled through your Apple ID account settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
