These Terms of Use apply to your use of Pocket Scavenger, a mobile survival game created by SHAN HE. By downloading, accessing, or using Pocket Scavenger, you agree to these Terms.
Pocket Scavenger is provided for personal entertainment use. You may use the app only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Pocket Scavenger includes fictional survival, post-apocalyptic, emotional story, and resource management content. Any characters, locations, events, or storylines are fictional. Similarities to real persons, places, or events are coincidental.
Pocket Scavenger may offer optional in-app purchases, including Special Event Packs. These purchases unlock additional story-driven event content inside the game.
Current Special Event Packs may include:
Paid Special Event Packs are intended as non-consumable purchases. This means that once purchased, the event pack is unlocked permanently for the Apple ID used to make the purchase, subject to Apple’s App Store rules and availability.
These purchases are optional. The base game remains playable without purchasing paid Special Event Packs. Paid event packs are story content and are not intended to sell consumable currency, resources, energy, or direct pay-to-win advantages.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Refund requests, billing issues, and payment disputes are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies.
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you may use the Restore Purchases option, where available, to restore eligible non-consumable purchases associated with your Apple ID.
Pocket Scavenger currently does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Paid Special Event Packs are one-time non-consumable purchases unless clearly stated otherwise in the app or App Store listing.
We may update, modify, rebalance, add, or remove game content, features, events, visuals, or gameplay systems over time. We may also fix bugs, improve performance, adjust event triggers, or update story content to improve the player experience.
We aim to preserve purchased non-consumable event access, but some content may change due to technical, platform, legal, or gameplay reasons.
Pocket Scavenger, including its game design, text, storylines, characters, artwork, icons, interface, names, and other content, is owned by SHAN HE or used with appropriate rights. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or reuse app content outside the app without permission.
Your use of Pocket Scavenger is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how data is handled.

Pocket Scavenger is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available on every device or operating system version.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHAN HE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Pocket Scavenger.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or engage in behavior that harms the app, its systems, or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
