1. About Ovlap Wallet

Ovlap Wallet is a manual personal card tracking tool. The app allows users to create custom card modules, choose currency symbols, track balances, log spending, and organize wallet-related information manually.

Ovlap Wallet does not connect to banks, credit card issuers, payment networks, or financial institutions.

2. One-Time Paid App

Ovlap Wallet is offered as a one-time paid app through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, no Pro tiers, and no in-app purchases.

Payment and purchase processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests, if applicable, must be handled through Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies.

3. No Financial Advice

Ovlap Wallet is not a bank, credit card issuer, credit bureau, financial advisor, payment processor, budgeting service, or financial institution.

The app does not provide financial advice, credit advice, debt advice, budgeting advice, payment recommendations, or investment advice.

Any information shown in the app is based on data manually entered by the user and is for personal organization only.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying all balances, payment due dates, minimum payments, fees, interest charges, rewards, account status, and other financial information directly with your bank, card issuer, or financial institution.

Ovlap Wallet does not guarantee that manually entered information is accurate, complete, or up to date.

5. Sensitive Information

Do not enter full card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, banking passwords, online banking usernames, security answers, or other sensitive financial credentials into Ovlap Wallet.

Ovlap Wallet is designed for manual tracking and organization, not for storing sensitive financial credentials.

6. Local Data

Ovlap Wallet is designed as a manual local tracking tool. Information you enter may be stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for managing your device, backups, app data, and any information you choose to enter into the app.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Ovlap Wallet does not guarantee that you will avoid missed payments, reduce fees, improve your credit score, earn rewards, or achieve any financial outcome.

The app is provided as a personal organization tool only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Ovlap Wallet is not responsible for missed payments, incorrect user-entered information, bank fees, interest charges, credit score impact, financial losses, data loss, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

Ovlap Wallet may be updated, changed, improved, or discontinued at any time. Features may be added, modified, or removed in future versions.
