Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

These terms apply to MaplePath, a personal Canada planning and organization app.

By downloading or using MaplePath, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About MaplePath

MaplePath is a personal planning and organization tool. It helps users track possible Canada pathways, deadlines, documents, notes, and planning information.

MaplePath is not an immigration consultant, law firm, government service, or official immigration application platform.

2. No Legal or Immigration Advice

MaplePath does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, professional immigration consulting services, approval predictions, or official recommendations.

Any information, checklist, reminder, pathway label, CRS note, or export summary inside the app is for general planning and personal organization only.

Always verify details directly with IRCC, official government sources, or a licensed professional before making decisions.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying all deadlines, eligibility requirements, documents, application details, fees, forms, and official instructions directly with official sources.

MaplePath does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, eligibility, approval, or any immigration outcome.

4. MaplePath Pro and In-App Purchase Terms

MaplePath may offer MaplePath Pro through Apple’s in-app purchase system. MaplePath Pro unlocks additional app features such as expanded planning tools, more pathways, more deadlines, full document checklist templates, comparison, notes, reminders, and export features.

If MaplePath Pro is offered as a one-time purchase, payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Purchases can be restored on devices using the same Apple ID through the Restore Purchase option inside the app.

Prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, and App Store pricing. The final price shown before purchase is provided by Apple.

MaplePath Pro unlocks premium features inside MaplePath only. It does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, government services, application submission, professional representation, or guaranteed outcomes.

Refund requests, billing issues, purchase history, and payment processing are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies. The developer does not directly process App Store payments or refunds.

If MaplePath Pro features do not unlock after purchase, use Restore Purchase inside the app or contact support at shanapply21@gmail.com.

5. No Government Affiliation

MaplePath is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with IRCC, the Government of Canada, or any government agency.

6. Sensitive Information

Do not enter government account passwords, immigration portal passwords, banking passwords, sensitive identity credentials, full passport images, or highly sensitive personal documents into MaplePath.

MaplePath is intended for planning notes, deadline tracking, and checklist organization only.

7. Local Data and Backups

Information you enter may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for managing your device, backups, app data, and any information you choose to enter.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of MaplePath is not responsible for missed deadlines, incorrect user-entered information, application outcomes, financial losses, lost data, immigration consequences, or other damages resulting from use of the app.

9. Changes to the App

MaplePath may be updated, changed, improved, or discontinued at any time. Features may be added, modified, or removed in future versions.
