MaplePath is designed as a manual planning tracker. It helps you organize your own dates, documents, pathway notes, and planning reminders.
MaplePath does not require a government account, IRCC account, immigration consultant account, bank account, or enterprise login. Information you enter is used to support your own planning inside the app.
1. Information You Enter
MaplePath may allow you to manually enter information such as:
- Current status or planning situation
- Permit, passport, language test, medical, biometrics, or other dates
- Possible pathway notes
- Document checklist items
- CRS score or CRS gap notes, if you choose to enter them
- Personal planning notes
2. Local Storage
MaplePath is designed to store manually entered planning data locally on your device unless a future version clearly states otherwise.
MaplePath does not operate a developer-managed server to view, collect, or manage your manually entered planning data.
3. No Government Connection
MaplePath does not connect to IRCC, the Government of Canada, immigration portals, or any government system. MaplePath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IRCC or any government agency.
4. Sensitive Information
Do not enter government account passwords, immigration portal passwords, banking passwords, sensitive identity credentials, full passport images, or other highly sensitive personal documents into MaplePath.
5. Data Collection
MaplePath does not sell your personal data. The developer does not access or share your locally stored planning data.
If future versions include analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, account features, or third-party services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those services.
6. Apple App Store and Purchases
MaplePath may offer MaplePath Pro through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Purchase processing, payment handling, refunds, and Apple ID-related purchase information are handled by Apple.
Apple may process information according to Apple’s own privacy policies and App Store terms.
7. Device and Backup Responsibility
Your app data may depend on your device storage and backup settings. You are responsible for managing your device, backups, app data, and any information you choose to enter.
Deleting the app or clearing app data may remove locally stored information.
8. Children’s Privacy
MaplePath is not intended for children. It is designed as a personal planning and organization tool.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be made available on this page.
