1. About Loot Ledger

Loot Ledger is a manual IT asset and device inventory tracking tool. It helps users organize assets, users, locations, notes, operations, status changes, and inventory activity.

Loot Ledger is not an enterprise ITAM platform, MDM platform, ticketing system, HR system, accounting system, or device management service.

2. Manual Tracking Tool

Loot Ledger relies on information manually entered by the user. The app does not automatically verify asset ownership, serial numbers, locations, assigned users, warranty dates, or device condition.

You are responsible for checking and verifying inventory records, asset details, warranty information, assignment status, and operational records.

3. Loot Ledger Pro Subscription

Loot Ledger may offer Loot Ledger Pro as an auto-renewable subscription. Loot Ledger Pro unlocks additional app features such as expanded asset tracking, more users, more operations, reporting, history, filters, export, or other premium tools.

Loot Ledger Pro may be available as a monthly subscription and/or yearly subscription. Available subscription plans and prices are shown inside the app before purchase.

Current subscription options may include:

• Monthly Pro: $4.99 per month
• Yearly Pro: $39.99 per year

Prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, and App Store pricing. The final price shown before purchase is provided by Apple.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the user. Apple describes auto-renewable subscriptions as subscriptions that renew at the end of their duration until the user chooses to cancel.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

If you purchase Monthly Pro, it renews monthly unless cancelled. If you purchase Yearly Pro, it renews yearly unless cancelled.

Purchases and active subscriptions can be restored on devices using the same Apple ID by using the Restore Purchase option inside the app.

Loot Ledger Pro unlocks premium features inside Loot Ledger only. It does not provide enterprise device management, MDM access, data recovery, insurance, warranty service, technical support contracts, financial services, legal advice, compliance advice, cybersecurity advice, accounting advice, or professional IT services.

Refund requests, billing issues, subscription management, cancellations, and purchase history are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies. The developer does not directly process App Store payments, cancellations, or refunds.

If Loot Ledger Pro features do not unlock after purchase, use Restore Purchase in the app or contact support at shanapply21@gmail.com.

4. No Professional Advice

Loot Ledger does not provide legal, financial, accounting, compliance, cybersecurity, insurance, warranty, or professional IT advice.

Any information shown in the app is for personal or internal organization only and is based on data entered by the user.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate records, verifying asset ownership, tracking device assignments, confirming returns, and managing any internal inventory processes outside the app.

Loot Ledger does not guarantee that inventory records are complete, accurate, current, or suitable for audit, tax, insurance, compliance, or legal purposes.

6. Sensitive Information

Do not enter passwords, API keys, encryption keys, recovery keys, private credentials, financial information, personal identity documents, or other sensitive confidential information into Loot Ledger.

Loot Ledger is intended for lightweight asset tracking and organization, not for storing sensitive secrets or secure credentials.

7. Local Data and Backups

Information you enter may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for managing your device, backups, app data, and any information you choose to enter.

Deleting the app or clearing app data may remove locally stored information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Loot Ledger is not responsible for incorrect user-entered information, missing assets, lost data, missed returns, inaccurate records, warranty issues, audit issues, business losses, operational losses, or other damages resulting from use of the app.

9. Changes to the App

Loot Ledger may be updated, changed, improved, or discontinued at any time. Features may be added, modified, or removed in future versions.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be made available on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
