Loot Ledger is a manual IT asset and device inventory tracking app. It helps users organize asset records, assigned users, locations, notes, operations, and inventory activity.

Loot Ledger is designed as a local manual tracking tool. It does not require a company account, MDM connection, ticketing system connection, or enterprise login.

1. Information You Enter

Loot Ledger may allow you to manually enter information such as:

2. Local Storage

Loot Ledger is designed to store manually entered inventory data locally on your device unless a future version clearly states otherwise.

Loot Ledger does not operate a developer-managed server to collect, view, or manage your inventory records.

3. No Enterprise System Connection

Loot Ledger does not connect to Microsoft Intune, Jamf, MDM platforms, ticketing systems, HR systems, accounting systems, or company identity providers.

The app does not ask for admin credentials, company passwords, API keys, MDM tokens, or enterprise login details.

4. Sensitive Information

Do not enter passwords, API keys, recovery keys, encryption keys, private credentials, personal identity documents, financial information, or other sensitive confidential information into Loot Ledger.

Loot Ledger is intended for lightweight inventory tracking and asset organization only.

5. Data Collection

Loot Ledger does not sell your personal data.

Loot Ledger does not collect your manually entered inventory data on a developer-operated server.

6. Apple App Store and Purchases

Loot Ledger may offer Loot Ledger Pro through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Purchase processing, payment handling, refunds, and Apple ID-related purchase information are handled by Apple.

Apple may process information according to Apple’s own privacy policies and App Store terms.

7. Data Sharing

Loot Ledger does not sell your data. The developer does not access or share your locally stored inventory records.

8. Device and Backup Responsibility

Your app data may depend on your device storage and backup settings. You are responsible for managing your device, backups, app data, and any information you choose to enter.

Deleting the app or clearing app data may remove locally stored information.

9. Children’s Privacy

Loot Ledger is not intended for children. It is designed as an inventory and organization tool for users managing equipment or asset records.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be made available on this page.
